During the month-end process, you will be asked whether you want to submit a cloud based backup. If you click Yes a fully automated backup process starts in the background, allowing you to continue your work.

• Your data will be collected, compressed and encrypted prior to being submitted to a secure cloud environment.
• On receipt of you data, an automated process will verify the integrity and validity of the that data.
• Scan for any tell-tale signs of tampering with the information or figures.
• Send confirmation via E-mail that your data is safe and secure and stored for 6 months.
• Should you experience a catastrophic data failure in the coming weeks, the remote re-installation of our software and data recovery of Eminance data is free of charge.

This backup can also manually be submitted as often as you like. The more often the backup is sent, the less disruption in the even of a system crash.
